General Nutrition guidance is provided for monthly in person training. HOWEVER for A individualized meal plan, custom cardio plan, additional personalized workout plans and weekly checkins with specific plan adjustments please choose the HYBRID option.
You will be billed once a month reoccuring for the plan selected through square invoices. If you miss a session or a session is canceled you may make up the session at a future date. Sessions require 24 hours notice to cancel or change. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a missed session and no future session credit will be offered.
Monthly session plans can be canceled anytime with 10 days notice before your next billing cycle.
HYBRID monthly program - $500/month
The HYBRID program includes one PRIVATE session a week in person (4 one-on-one sessions a month).
THIS OPTION PROVIDES YOU WITH ACCOUNABILITY, STRUCTURE AND TAKES THE GUESSWORK OUT! Ideal for those that require more help and don’t want to have to think- just follow the plan!
You will recieve complete individualized workout/strength training plans based on your ability and goals. Current nutrition analysis will be completed and meal plans with customized macros will also be provided. In addition, you will be assigned a specific cardio program to complete weekly.
You are required to check in every Sunday with pictures and weight and adjustments will be made weekly as needed based on progress and feedback. This is my most popular plan as it provides accountability, structure, and hands on guidance, every step of the way.
Hybrid Competition Prep Plan - $700/month
A competition prep hybrid program:
Includes everything listed above tailored to your upcoming show including specific peak week plan and more!
Meal plan/nutrition/macro plan $300/month
I provide you with a specific meal plan or macro plan based on your lifestyle, likes, dislikes, allergies, and goals. You are required to check in with me every Sunday with pictures and weight and I make adjustments to your meal plan depending on how we are progressing. Nutrition programming is billed on a reoccurring subscription. However, you may cancel at any time at the end of your month.
